Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Jewellery (unless faulty) or any personal accessories that come into direct contact with skin (e.g., scarves, hats). All sales on these items are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below) and include it with your package.
  3. Package your return securely using the original packaging if possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred size/color in your return request. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead. Shipping costs for exchanges will be charged at standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error.
